職位描述
1. Responsible for recruitment of plant positions.
2. Analyze the performance of recruitment agencies, such as recruitment cost, time to hire and recommend changes and improvements.
3. Identifies training needs and training gaps in the organization in a close cooperation with the HR business partners and line managers.
4. Cooperates with the external training vendors and delivers tailored training programs and courses.
5. Optimizes the training portfolio as specialized targeted courses are offered to staffs.
6. Evaluate the quality of training courses and implement improvements.
7. Reports related with recruitment and training.
8. Update recruitment and training documents regularly according to policies and company requirements.
9. Complete other temporarily assignment ordered by HR Manager.
