崗位職責Position Responsibilities：
1. Primary responsibility is to assist in the Sourcing organization with the overall supplier quality for new and existing products. Working according to the ASSA ABLOY standards, both in terms of Quality and Sustainability.

2. Responsible in the Business Area for the Supplier Audit process, reporting and result, both in terms of Sustainability Audit and Supplier Quality Process & System Audit. This includes performing Supplier Audits and track audit action items with suppliers and drives open action items to completion.
負責供應商審核流程、報告和結果，包括可持續性審核和供應商質量流程和體系審核。執行供應商審核并跟蹤改善行動項目，推動供應商完成改善。
3. Develop Supplier Quality plans together with the suppliers and Sourcing Team both in new product development projects and for existing parts. Guide suppliers to develop quality strategies for continuous improvement.
在新產品開發項目和現有零配件中，與供應商和采購團隊一起制定供應商質量計劃。指導供應商制定持續改進的質量策略。
4. Work with sourcing teams, selecting the right level supplier together with Sourcing responsible. Participate in the selection process which includes e.g. Stake Holder Meeting, Technical Reviews and auditing of the suppliers.
與采購團隊合作，參與供應商選擇。參與過程，包括利益相關者會議、技術審查和供應商審核。
5. Responsible for the KPI “First time OK FAI/ Part Approval” in your supply base.
負責本地業務范圍內供應商的首件認證。
6. Secure that suppliers deliver products according to specification at the agreed time for new Sourcing activities/ Development projects and supplier transfers.
確保供應商在新采購活動/開發項目以及供應商轉移活動中按約定時間、規格和品質要求交付產品。
7. Responsible for the KPI “PPM” and utilizing it to prioritize the actions in the supply base. Assure the quality of purchased material through continuous monitoring and improving the supplier’s performance.
